ADMISSION MANAGEMENT.

The admission process is automated in this system. In this system, the process of admission is managed in the following way:
I. In the admission counter, user has to give student’s name, class in which student is seeking admission and parent’s contact number to the software, and the software will generate the admission form along with a unique form no. Printout of the form will be given to the student.
II. Now different reports like how many forms have been issued or how much amount has been collected as price of the forms, in a particular date or within a range of date, can be generated from the system.
III. Now if the student is qualified in the admission test, his/her admission fees will be collected through the system.
IV. Different admission related reports like how many students has been admitted, how much admission fees have been collected, can be generated from this system.
V. In the same way readmission process can be handled in this system.

FEES COLLECTION MANAGEMENT.

I. All types of school fees, for example annual fees (like Admission fees, development fees), half-yearly / quarterly fees (like Term fees) or monthly fees (like tuition fees, computer fees or any other monthly fees) can be collected through the software system.
II. The system will keep track of all the fees collected student-wise, date-wise, user-wise or in any other format you want.
III. Accordingly the system will generate fees collection report and defaulter-list.

ACCOUNTS MANAGEMENT.

I. All the school-expenditures under different head of accounts can be entered into the system through voucher entry system.

II. Different ledgers can be created for different head of accounts under different groups e.g. current asset, direct income, direct expense etc.

III. Different types of accounts-reports like ledger book, cashbook, bankbook, receive-payment account, trial- balance can be generated from the system.

RESULT MANAGEMENT.

I In this system there is no need to prepare student’s report card manually. Teacher or operator will enter the marks into the system subject-wise. The system will prepare student’s report card and will generate printout.

II. Records of all previous year report cards will be preserved electronically.

DYNAMIC WEBSITE AND SMS-APPLICATION.

I. Web site will be dynamic in nature. That means you can change any content of the site by yourself.
II. You can upload any image of your choice.
III. You can get any online-enquiry from your website visitor. A SMS GATE-WAY will be integrated with your Website, as a result you will get a SMS-alert when there is any online enquiry, so that you can get back to the interested visitors.
